Biography
Monday 17th March's episode of ‘The Secret Life of Us’ was the most watched episode in the show’s history, and involved a surprise wedding and the departure of Claudia Karvan and Vince Collosimo from the series. The song that accompanied the very moving ‘slow dance’ scene on the rooftop, and played the episode out was ‘Lovely Place to Be’ by Richard Gillard from Melbourne band House Of Circles (who also appeared on series one of the show performing as the band of which character ‘Mac’ (Damien Walsh-Howling) was a member).

The song has provoked an incredible public response. Nova FM in Melbourne has instantly added the track to high rotation and has been receiving overwhelming telephone inquiries - including several people wanting to use the song for their own surprise wedding! Fox FM has played the track several times and are looking to add it to their play list.

Laughing Outlaw Records (distributed nationally by Didgeridoo) are exclusively releasing a special edition of the critically acclaimed Swell.1 LP by House Of Circles. This release will include a bonus disc containing ‘Lovely Place to Be’ and the double disc release will feature a total of five songs from the hit Network TEN series ‘The Secret Life of Us’.
