Biography
Their infectious sound and engaging live show has been recruiting Bomba lovers around the country for the last four years. This Melbourne based, six piece, funky reggae act first landed on the Australian scene as a way to play mutually loved music. After having played for a couple of years, the band's first full length release was the album Population which proved to be a winner with radio and Bomba fans alike.

Tour upon tour playing up and down the coast consolidated the bands reputation as an awesome live act which has resulted in Bomba becoming one of the most popular festival acts in Australia. Touring highlights included visits to Indigenous Communities, the Queenscliff Music Festival (and being voted most popular act!) and the bands recent performances at the East Coast Roots and Blues Festival in Byron Bay resulted in Bomba's singer Nicky being invited to play percussion with Michael Franti and Spearhead, and the Bomba horn section (Tom and Paul) getting up and jamming with Ozomatli.

Bomba are presently on tour nationally including a quick jaunt to Singapore. Check out the band live and get a taste of the Bomba experience. Population and the latest album Solar Plexus are out now!
